Leader Mentor Program
The Leader Mentor Program has created opportunities for coalition members to learn leadership skills, apply those skills in practical settings and then to pass the skills on others. In its initial phase, the program matched experienced coalition leaders—the Leader Mentors—with two newly-formed, diverse, local anti-drug coalitions from economically-disadvantaged communities. Now, the program’s members are preparing to launch their Project of National Significance (PNS)—an attempt to increase awareness of and participation in community anti-drug coalitions. Read more...

Greenhouse Project
CADCA's National Coalition Institute partnered with SAMHSA/CSAP to develop and implement the Greenhouse Project.  The project is a one-year training initiative that helps local groups develop effective anti-drug coalitions.  Thirty communities with newly developing coalitions have been given an opportunity to explore and learn what makes community coalitions successful in achieving measurable results. America's Heartland Project
In partnership with the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), the Institute developed this project to provide one year of technical assistance and training to 54 individuals from 18 substance abuse prevention coalitions. Read more...
