Coalitions that have outcomes are a reality. We need your help in demonstrating that coalitions can be effective at addressing their local substance abuse issues. This is an opportunity for coalitions to tell their own stories. CADCA’s GOT OUTCOMES! Coalition of the Year Awards application process has two phases.
